Miserable run. No energy. Stopped and walked the last 1.5-2 miles and couldn't breathe. I guess I shouldn't be surprised with my lack of energy with this cold or whatever it is.

Jason, take a couple more days off. Your body's run down and needs rest. Plums and raw organic chocolate should be part of your daily diet: then when you get a cold, it only last 24hrs - at least that's what I've found. Take care of yourself.

I know. I am being foolish by trying to be a super hero. I rested all day yesterday and have been getting tones of sleep. Walking in the cold and wind today didn't help. I'll take your advice on the chocolate. Plums aren't my favorite, but I'll try some. I eat a ton of oranges and bananas though.
