YIkes....laziness setting in with the conclusion of spring break. Need a good kick start and no MO days off until the OKC Memorial Marathon. Got 5 weeks till race time. Need to up the training after 3 weeks of semi-training.

PM: quick run with final in the morning. ran 7 miles at 5:35 pace, legs felt great effort wasnt too bad, just felt heavy from not running much and lots of junk eaten last few days. still got 5 weeks till OKC, plenty of time to up the miles not fretting. Just need to get back to the grind of what works. Daily Doubles!

PM: river run with the boys after a long day of school. School/ life has been busy with career decisions coming up.....Anywho had a good time in good company with really nice weather. Super nice to get outside after being inside all day and a final. 2x2miles at MP pace.

AM: 10 miles with Brad on the Katy trail. Nice pleasant morning with a good breeze from the south. Night clinic, hoping to run afterwards around 9pm. We shall see. Long day.
