Noon: 15.5 miles around hefner, helped scott with some of his long run. Body feeling a little weak but glad I got in the sweat. Tired still from everything last week.

Noon: 10.5 mile loop edmond dirt road status, with jason, silas, and scott. Finished with 3.5 more miles when I got home to get 14. Dont really know how the week is going to go miles wise with the externship this week and next. Need miles on the weekend.

another day off. Feel like this week and next week might have a few sporadic days like this, which I can live with. Even though I dont like days off, dont feel like I am wasting fitness, just need more of a mental break. Found a rec. center here in claremore, so might be doing a couple dreadmill days with the rain and shortened sunlight.

PM: 8 miles at the CLAREMORE rec. center. boring, but felt good to spin the legs. might be in the forecast the next 2 days or so. Need to keep some kind of 6-10 mile daily base work while im here.

PM: 10 miles Lake H with katie, ian, and marilyn. Ran the last mile in 5:18 after a quick bathroom stop. Nice to stretch out the legs. Legs feel rested from the last two easy weeks. Ready to get back into a training rhythm.

AM: 12.25 miles on arcadia trails with jason and scott. Nice little veterans day run. Heading back to tulsa tonight for the rest of the week. Going with katie for a second run later today.

PM: 8 mile night run with katie, matthew, and jax. Nice to run 20 for the holiday.

Nooner: 15 miles around lake Claremore in 1:35.01. Averaged around  6:20 pace for the run. Felt pretty good to get the run in and out. Half day at the clinic, scored with the afternoon long run. Weather is feeling more like fall now.

AM: 16 miles from NHP around Hefner and back while pushing the jogger. So nice solid baby jogger miles with katie and marilyn. Nice and easy pace for the run. Weather is perfect out for mid-Nov. Right around mid to high 60s with lighter winds. loving the weather

17 long slower miles around edmond. 2 loops around the hood for a water break mid way. Legs hurting a bit from all the concrete running. Feeling a little under the weather. Nice to get out and be outside for awhile though.
