Another day off, not feeling so swell still. Drive down to San Antonio

PM: At the Oral Surgery clinic all day. Ran with Katie around 6pm, warm day close to low/mid 90s. Starting to feel better.

AM: Took a lunch between rotating with OS crew, ran about 6 at lunch. Didnt have the garmin for this run.

PM: Did a workout with coach Gary at the Brandeis HS track. Did a 2 mile threshold/SS and a 200m workout Rupp style, just not as fast as Rupp. Did 12 laps with 35/45s. Legs felt rested from the rest days. Chest is almost cleared out, a little junk still there. Ran with a local HS guy. Solid workout. Ready to up the mileage slowly now.

PM: 12 mile run from the house in San Antonio. Took a later afternoon nap, did not really want to run afterwards. But did.

PM: 10 mile run on trail from McAllister park with Katie. Ran around 8:20 pace for the whole run. Katie was looking strong.

PM: 90 degree day in San Antonio .REally sunny so got some rays on the run too.

AM: Scenic loop before driving home today. Ran with Katie and dad and the dogs for the first little bit. Ran a little more then Katie and Dad so Jax and I finished up the 9.5.
