AM: 6 mile morning run. Was going to go a bit longer but decided to cut it short. PM: 1 mile up then 7 mile tempo. Started at 5:30, 5:30, 5:27, 5:24, 5:21, 5:19, 5:14. Then 1 mile down. total time for the 9 was at 51 minutes even so still a 5:39 average pace. Felt really good throughout the whole workout. Legs feeling fresh and rested. |
