Nice day today. Not too cold and the sun was shining. My calves are tight from the sporadic running schedule. Hopefully going out more will help.

Longer run in St George with my dad while he rode his bike. Did a mile at the end in 6:22 just for fun. Perfect weather. I was very sore after and probably shouldn't have gone so far.
