Flopped workout 3x 7:00min @6:30 pace and 3:00min @6:15 pace. I signed up for the Layton 10k in October and decided to get right into training. I don't know why I thought I could do this workout. I should have just done some sort of a tempo or some easy track stuff for my first workout in a while. For the first repeat I averaged 6:30 and 6:20 then it went downhill from there. I should have stopped but kept trying.
