| 5 plus 2 today. I'm running a race tomorrow, so easy pace. 39:46 in the morning and 16:17 at night with Julia, Dad, Stevie, and JoJo.

| 4 in the morning, around 1 for warmup and cooldown. The course was pretty fast but measured with a wheel. I ran 3:03 (about a 4:52 mile). I avoided getting chicked by about 3 seconds. Last race I was running a boys-only race and not feeling 100% so I got chicked by 6 seconds. This time I was racing head to head with the same girl, we were about equal at 200 left and my male-ego kicked in. So I kicked and gapped her. Good race, last 400 was about 77, my legs and lungs felt pretty good.

| 5 in the morning. I ran 3 with JoJo, Stevie, MoMo, and William, with Leigha and Bella in the stroller in 23:22. Then 2 more with JoJo, Stevie, and Dad in 15:36. Total time: 38:58. I'll add two more this evening. My legs felt a little tired but pretty good. Ran 2 more at night.

| I ran a mild workout today. 2 miles in 11:20 with a fast last 400. JoJo, William, and I chased MoMo, who had a head-start. We ran 5:55 for the first mile. William dropped back after that because we started running 86s. I closed in 72 and JoJo ran 74. We both beat MoMo. William ended up with 12:01. Dad paced MoMo, he ran 12:46. 2 more miles at night in around 15 minutes.

| Long run today with 3 mile tempo run. Ran with JoJo, Chad and Dad the whole time, William ran the first 2. Benjamin was playing rabbit. We had a 2:45 headstart. He caught us with about 400 to go. I stayed with him for around 250 meters. My last quarter was 69, total time of 17:34. Chad passed me a the end. JoJo and Dad were behind. We also had General Conference today. There were some good talks.
