4 in the morning, around 1 for warmup and cooldown. The course was pretty fast but measured with a wheel. I ran 3:03 (about a 4:52 mile). I avoided getting chicked by about 3 seconds. Last race I was running a boys-only race and not feeling 100% so I got chicked by 6 seconds. This time I was racing head to head with the same girl, we were about equal at 200 left and my male-ego kicked in. So I kicked and gapped her. Good race, last 400 was about 77, my legs and lungs felt pretty good.
