Got out this afternoon during lunch. It was a little warm but felt nice. first 4 miles were nice and easy then the last 4 I did some progression runs. Last 4 were 6:59, 6:47, 6:43, and 6:32. Was a good run.
Did MTC miles last night. It has been a long time since I have done these. Took it real easy on the way there. Then did 3 loops. 5:09, 5:19, 5:29. On the way back and during the loops started experiencing some stomach problems. Was glad to make it back. All-in-all it was a good workout.
It was so nice this morning. The weather was perfect and the run felt great. Finished up and felt to go some more. Will get some work out this afternoon.
I love running trails. Ran with Nate Tullett this morning and had a great run. Great conversation and a great trail to run. Ran the 051 loop and got some good hill work.
So I did a UVM training run. The first half I took it fairly easy till I got to the highway and the hills. I wanted to run those as though I were running the marathon. I did pretty well and felt good. The wind was in my face and just as I was finishing the rain started to come down pretty hard. Next week I want to do the last part of the run and see how that feels. It was a good run and I felt good.
