Ok, so this was an easy run with a few miles of hills to make a speed workout. It was pouring down rain and windy. I loved it. Did 3 increments of hills with a short break in between each one. The run felt great.
Ran at lunch today with a couple of guys that are getting back in to running. It was a nice loose run. Just wanted to get out and stretch the legs a bit.
Got up to run this morning and started out nice and easy. My knee was hurting a bit but I gave it a mile to hopefully loosen up. That didn't happen. So I turned around and went back home. Tonight I will try again, if it is still hurting I will hit the gym to keep up the exercise.
Ran with SRC today. the first 9 were nice and easy and then on the way back I did some temp mile progression run. 6:40, 6:20, 6:08, 6:20. then I relaxed a bit and cruised in the last 4 miles. It was a nice run and felt great.
