This was a big test for me. I am not sure what is easier running on a flat ground with slight up his for the whole time and at sea level, or run on a course that has lots of downhill, but a couple of tough uphills at my normal training level. Either way I did the MP miles and then I had a tough recovery run. I had to walk and then run and then walk and then run for the last 4 miles. I don't think it helped that I didn't eat anything before the run and didn't take anything while the run except for water. Not a good idea. I am happy that I did this and that I was able to not feel my knee. |
