Started out running with someone who is just getting started. Great to see someone that is starting out and wanting to get better. I was able to give him a few pointers on how he can run better and gave him some good encouragement. Plan on running with him 2 - 3 times a week for a mile or so. Run 2. Ran 5.5 miles after work. Threw a few fartlek's in, but for the most part took it easy. Knee has been bugging me a bit, so I don't want to mess it up.
