So I was walking by our gym at work and thought, "I didn't run this morning and I really want to run. But I have jeans on and a long sleeve dress shirt, and no running shoes. Oh well." So I ran 3 miles pregressive. Started out nice and easy and moved up little by little, eventually ending the 3 miles at a 5 min pace. I was a little sweaty and warm, but boy do I feel good now. I needed that. I think I may take my next 15 min break by the gym again.
