Ran with the crew of awesome, inspiring runners this morning. You can't help but want to be better when you run with them. It was chilly this morning and it felt great. Funny ending to the run though. As I was rounding the corner to get on to the track to finish my run, I did not see the chain going across the driveway and I was moving fairly quick. I was suddenly stopped in my tracks bent in half. That chain going across the driveway does not give way very easily and I apparently can't run fast enough to break it. I ended up with a big bruise across my hip and abdomen. All is well though and I laugh at it every time I think of it. I won't forget that again.
