Finally got back to racing today, did a local 5k. I knew I wasn't in super great shape but wanted to go have fun and did, 6:22, 6:13, 6:08, :44, stopped my watch at 3.12 at 19:27, but still had another 30 seconds to run to finish the course (it was a little long). Overall, happy with the effort and the negative split and felt fun to get back into it
