| same exact route as yesterday, only i ran today's faster by 18 seconds, in fact, i ran negative splits, hit the first 2.25 in 16:04 and the last part in 15:54, total 31:58, 7:06 avg pace. |

| Tempo today, first one in a while. wanted 2 miles in roughly 6:00-6:10 per mile. Went out a tad too fast, hit the first mile in 5:52 and the 2nd in 6:16, definitely felt it from the first mile. Total was 12:08 for 2 miles, 6:04 avg pace, so the end result was positive, 2 miles in GHMP, just not as even as I would have liked.

| 3 early and easy ones. 22:30 exactly, which is 7:30 pace. Nice and cool this morning but I wasnt pushing the pace at all since it was a recovery run. Felt really easy effortwise. |
