| a little speedwork today, 3 x 800 in 2:56, 2:54, 2:50, i find my times are about 10-15 seconds slower at this altitude, did 2 4's in 1:27 each after and a 200 hard effort. overall, 7 miles, decent workout

| 10 this afternoon on a hot dry day (93) here in CO. tried carrying a water belt, didnt ride well. splits:

5- 7:26 begin the uphill way back

total - 1:12:46, 7:17 pace, not a bad run given the hot weather, can definitely see the changes in elevation in my splits though
