Fartlek today. 3 sets of 3 on, 2off, 2 on, 2 off, 1 on, 2 off. Legs were kind of tired from my lifeguard training swimming today but it was still a good workout. estimated the 3.25 on the "on" miles.
Repeat miles today. Wasn't a great workout. 5:28 first, 5:58 second, stomach turmoil, then the last two 800s were combined 5:44 (2:47 & 2:57). Stomach was just not cooperating today.
5 today, thought i was running easy but ended up at 6:58 min.mi's. Took an ice bath afterwards. 5k this weekend, it was my first win last year so i'll try to win it again!
