4 mile tempo today. Felt kinda sluggish, but my splits were good. Makes me think that when I drop my mileage down starting next week, I should be able to fly in my races. Splits: 1- 5:55.8 2- 6:04.4 (12:00, 6:00 pace) 3- 6:01.7 4- 6:00.8 TOTAL-- 24:02, 6:00.5 avg pace Overall, very good splits given how not awesome I felt while running. Like I said, hopefully that is a positive thing.
