Good workout tonight on the treadmill - 2 mile warmup then wanted to do some 6:10-6:15 tempo work, got .5 mile into the 6:15 pace and felt some tightness in the abductor, so I stopped and took some time to stretch it out, then I got back to the workout and ended up doing another 4 miles, gradually increasing the pace - ended with 4 miles at 24:40, 6:10 pace, plus the first .5 at 6:15 pace, a good workout overall
