today was an awesome workout. 5 miles of tempo. Goal was to stay between 6:00-6:10, and nailed that goal. Warmer today, round 35 again, i wore shorts and flats for the tempo. Splits: 1- 6:00.7 2- 6:08.9 3- 6:05.7 (18:15, 6:05 avg) 4- 6:08.2 5- 6:07.4 TOTAL-- 30:30, 6:06 avg Im very happy with today's run. I flew for only having around 6 weeks of mileage under my belt.
