beautiful new route today, but horrible horrible run. Had terrible GI issues and had to stop at mile 4 for a bear attack. Barely made it home after that. pretty sure i was right around GMp for the first 4 miles, right around 7 min miles, but after the stop just wanted to get home. 37:43, 7:15 avg pace.
