Good run tonight, felt strong but it started sleeting 2 miles in then by mile 5 it was an all-out snowstorm, not the way I pictured April 29th, anyways, 7:08 avg pace so that was solid - somewhere in 1:05:XX + ice bath

Oh man- we live in different worlds! It was 90 degrees and pure humidity here. Crazy to me you can even run in that (and I'm sure the reverse is true!)

Definitely different! Even hot days here are super dry - sometimes like 10% humidity. I’m from Iowa so I’ve run in hot and humid before, but probably not on par with your daily normal! As long as it’s not too cold or windy the snow can actually be kind of cool to run in - like being in a snow globe! Keep rocking those miles my friend!
