8 tonight after work, pretty hot and humid still, probably near 100 h.i. even at 8:30. pretty even  splits, last 2 miles i picked it up a touch, closing the final 2 miles in 13:41, 6:50.5 avg pace. 56:12, 7:01.5 avg pace for the run. Felt pretty good all things considered, hammy felt pretty smooth tonight. 6xstrides after.
