6 miles today, turned into a makeshift uptempo run. Hit the middle 4 miles at GMP. 33 degrees and so i wore shorts. Felt very warm!!

TOTAL-- 42:11, 7:02 avg pace. Hit the GMP middle 4 miles in 27:07, which is right near 6:47 pace. Felt pretty good.
