Although today's miles are classified as easy, they were far from it. Temps in the mid-30s with wind chills in the 20s, pouring down cold rain was the weather. Got thoroughly soaked. 4.5 miles in 32:36 or 7:15's. Started off with a 6:58 but then reined it in and slowed down.
