fartlek today, really got after it on the "on" sections, as I was averaging near 5:20 mile pace for most of it, did 16 minutes total of on, went 3,2,1 break 3,2,1,2, minute rest between reps, 3 minute set break, overall felt good to get moving. I like fartleks cuz they are all about effort and today I felt decent |
