had a very nice workout tonight, thought id have tired legs, but it wasnt to be. splits to get an idea where I'm at:
1= 6:57.6
2- 6:51.3
3- 6:57.8
4- 6:54.6
5- 6:53.8
6- 6:46.2
7- 6:42.9
8- 6:43.6
total-- 8 in 54:47, 6:51 avg pace, basically an 8 mile workout right at GMP
