beautiful afternoon.evening here in federal way, wa. gorgeous 68 degrees with low humidity, looped out and several times on this trail i found, came back and measured it, came out to 11.15, ran it in 1:19:21, which comes out to 7:07 avg pace, overall, pretty nice run,f elt pretty good too, strides after followed by an ice bath
