Not much doin today, just 4.5 more shakeout miles in 32:17, 7:10 avg pace. My legs are FINALLY coming back around...maybe I rushed the 16 miler on tired legs after the half PR week...but at least they are starting to feel better. For this weekend's race, I've done much debating, but I think I'm gonna focus on a fast 5k then probably run the 10k an hour later as an uptempo cooldown...its only 6 euro for the 10k (only 4 for the 5k) so racing is cheap enough over here.
