6 miles with the team I didn't feel the best but whatever. My uniform for Nike came but the top wasn't the right top so have to send that back and get the right one I am so stress for Nike, But I am so excited for Nike Cross!!!!
Mile and a half warm up then mile hard in 5:12 then I did a 1000m in 3:08 with that time as an brake then a 800m in 2:28 then a 600m in 1:48 400m in 1:10 200m in :33I hit what I needed so it was good my legs felt so great today I have been working on my form a ton. For my brakes in this workout I got the time I got on the last thing I ran as a jog so like after my mile i got 5;12 as a jog for a brake. So that was the workout it was a really good one. Ran mile and a half cool down.
Me and Hannah went 4 miles today her legs we hurting so we just did 4 then Rawlins is starting to taper us for nike. So yea my legs are pretty sore today but its because I didn't stretch yeasterday.
4 miles today Coach told us to go 8 but we are suppost to taper I dont think he is sure what to do with us pluse it was snowing and we didnt want to get sick for Nike. One week until Nike Cross!!!!!!!!!!!!!
