Found running in the halls alone gets extremely boring so brought an iPod with me this time and it was 100x better! Switched runs to do the 35 min run with 3x3:00 min fartlecks (45 E with quicker finish tomorrow). Found myself feeling pretty tired from lack of sleep and water. Can't help the sleep cause they get us back so late but will drink much more water today! Fartlecks went well, remembered to work on driving knees. 35 min/4.7 mi |
