Long run loop to Arctic circle down the Sullivan trail then up 2450 road. My legs are still a little sore but they felt pretty good as I went. Did 2x15 min tempos from 6:50-7 min pace. It felt especially good down by the river:) 80 min/10 mi.

20 min run inside cause of the hail! Got some weird looks from teachers cause of our singing but it was worth it haha :P 2.25 mi

20 min morning went slower than usual cause I was super sore..probably still from the relays/2.2

D-hills race day! I need to work on my 2 mile and 800 but I'm taking the ACT so I ran the mile today! 15 warm up. For the first 1100 meters I stuck on Sarah then the last lap hit me and I didn't stay mentally strong. My laps were around 1:13.5, 1:19.8, 1:18.8, 1:19.8. Time was 5:11:58 So last lap best lap really does make a difference! 38 min cool. 58 min total/ 6.6 mi (guess)

Holy windy run! I ran from my house, past Sullivan park, and flipped just before the light. The first half felt great cause I ran with the wind and was cruisin. The last half was definitely a struggle haha. I had to stop twice cause I felt like I was gonna throw up but other than that, good run and got to clear my mind. I ran 55 min cause by then I was home and feeling pretty sick to my stomach:/
