Ran Foremaster loop + 8x100 hills. Like always my feet were on fire down Foremaster but it got better. The hills were good practice for form. Finished with Roberts and that felt good. Love long morning runs. 70 min//8.5 mi 20 min chill on grass. Found that Julien has longer hair than me and that it's fun to run with it down!! 2.2 mi |
