Ran the 70 min Saturday run this morning on a pretty trail in Ephraim! El and I ran with this girl named Kennedy from Union high, it was fun to get to know her! She was the one that always battled with Meskerem at races. Had a steady uphill at 50 for like 15 min so that was hard. Also did our 1,1,2,1,2 pick-ups cause we were planning on doing the long run but cut it to 70 later. They went great and felt solid! Feeling good despite my heel hurting. 70 min//8.32 mi |
