Dirt mile tempo! 20 min warm up, I think the faster warm up, like today, helps a lot cause we could start tempo right on pace! Great group, we packed like a fist!! Got progressively faster, and the girls/guys did a great job switching the lead and pushing each other! Also had a much bigger group do the full 25.
