Workout in Bloomington; 5x4:00 (3x5k, 2x8k), with lower recovery. Some good packing in there especially at the beginning. It was a good workout for me, stuck in there with Jess and Caroline. It was awesome to see Brianna right with us on the LAST one!! 65 min//7.2 mi
