AM - 6 Parkway.  Up early and pushing the stroller since Elin wouldn't sleep.  Next time I need to put a reflector vest on the stroller just to make sure people are seeing it.  (Rocket 129.25)

afternoon - 6.5 2xDI/Grass. Warm up and cool down on DI and 5x200 with the boys on the grass. Old man can still roll when necessary - not really! (Ohana racers 595.25)

AM - 6.5 Green Springs. Nice morning out. Gotta love the nice cool temps and starting to get a spring back to the legs. Found myself with a decent last mile just as the body warmed up and it made me excited. (Kinvara 478.15)

afternoon - 8 SLC.  Ran on the grass for at a park in Sandy for 3 miles and then 8xbarefoot striders.  Then Trevor and I ran back to the hotel, extended through Sandy.  (Barefoot '11 161)(Oregon 149.5)

morning - 11 SLC.  Ran on the Jordan River Trail for a bit with Trevor, and then came back to the hotel and ran a shake out with the girls and then the boys.  (Oregon 160.5)

afternoon - 11 River Trail.  Down on the trail - ran most of it on the side, so in the dirt.  Then Molly's Mile when I got home.  (Stratus grey 865.85)

afternoon - 8.5 Dirt Mile.  Molly's Mile and then went up and did a bunch of loops on the dirt mile.  Felt a bit tired and worn down from the emotional week.  Wore a pair of Hokas that Steve had me test drive.  They were a little different - the big cushion isn't heavy or even bulky like it looks, and they feel pretty decent even okay on the responsiveness; but I wouldn't spend the money on them.  (Hoka -8.5)

AM - 20 2xBlack Mt.  Up early for some dirt running with Logan.  Everything was good, but tough to follow the trail section in the super dark.  But a beautiful morning.  Really enjoyed it.  Wore the Hokas again - about the same response on the shoes as last night.  Ready to try and get some mileage up and hit more and more dirt.  (Hoka -20)

Week was good.  Some decent running in and a semi-successful/semi-disappointing State Meet - but the kids are awesome and I am always so proud of them for their hard work.

Goals for next week:  More and more mileage - practice is starting up again in the morning so that will force me to get up.  And I want to do some of the workouts with the kids.
