morning - 7.5 AF. Didn't want to get up early at all, so I just ran with the boys on their warm up and cool and then throughout the races. Still ended up with okay mileage. (NB 101 258.25) Week was pretty solid. Good mileage and good workouts. Was pretty worn out by the end though. Goals for next week: Hit around 100 again, have some good workouts, keep enjoying running.
