morning - 14.65 Bear Claw Poppy Trail. Decent run w/ Clyde, Steve. Logan and Ruthie. Very hard trail with ups and downs and uneven terrain that held the pace back. But it worked us over pretty good. (Cumulus gold 91.55) Well, week was pretty solid again. Kept the pain down for the most part. Didn't run any morning - maybe I will bring that in a time or two soon. Goals for next week: Completely finish the 2000 workout. Try to make time to run in this crazy week. Again, keep hip/ab pain at the manageable level and keep feeling pretty excited like I have been. Mileage should probably be around 60 again. But that may fluctuate with the craziness of the week or if I do decide to wake up.
