evening - 15 on Treadmill - not something I would highly recommend unless there is no way out. This was the case for me. Needed to run, needed to watch the kids. The first few miles it seemed like it would never have an end. Took it at 7:30 for 10 (felt a bit tired and slow). Dinner was sitting heavy and causing a few issues. At mile 10, I took about a 5 minute break and got the kids to bed, after teeth/reading/bottle/etc..., then got back on for 5 more at 6:58. Felt a bit better when I sped up a bit and had an end in sight. (Glycerin 294.75) weights in the afternoon. Usual routine, but took it lighter on weight and only 2 sets instead of 3 so as to not get sore. W-149.5 |
