AM - 8.25 Twix/Runway.  Got four in with Twix and then over to the first day of XC.  Had a great turnout with many new faces (now the challenge of keeping them!).  Ran up toward Grapevine for 30 minutes total.  Did abs before because I had to head out quick to a docs appointment.  (Peg black33 218.75)
