AM - 7 Twix/Tortoise. Got around 2.5 with the doggie dog and then over to the first day of XC. Did our barefoot warm and a bunch of other stuff and then a 30 minuter. I felt like I had run an 800 - that same burning lungs, almost puke feeling; musta been because the pace was sneaking below 8:00! (Peg blue 216.25)(barefoot '16 4)
Afternoon workout was weights. Kinda upset Nick didn't pass on the Noke Swole Jersey to me.
