AM - 4 Sunrise.  Just a good time of year for running.  Maybe I should do more of it.  (Kinvara lime 567.25)

afternoon - 4 Grass. Probably about this much setting up and taking down the course for today's PV Autumn Classic. Team ran awesome - over 3 minute team record time for the girls! Boys set a team record time, too - by 1.3 seconds! (Zero 310.25)
