morning - 14 Hurricane Trails. The Circle and Ruthie went for a nice run around the trails out in Hurricane. Started out at the canal trailhead and connected to the rim and jem trails. Had to end with a little xc and down the road. It was okay though, because the distance was enough for all of us. (Landreth black 265.35)
Week was a success. Mostly because my pain was very little at first and by the end of the week basically nonexistent. And I was even able to get a couple decent/quicker workouts in with no side effects. Goals for next week: Mileage is staying low (55-60). Hopefully I can stay pain free - goal for that is to continue to do core workouts, drills, ice, ibo and rest. We (PVXC) are going to have a time-trial on our school course in a few weeks and I wouldn't mind being able to hang near the top guys!
