Afternoon - 9.5 - 2x2000.  2450 warmup w/ Austin then 2000's.  I wasn't really sure how many I would be able to do, and I knew that the pace wouldn't be super since I hadn't done anything like this in awhile.  Hit the first in 6:38 (5:15 at the mile) then had a 2 minute recovery and did the second in 6:43 (5:20 at the mile).  Would like to have done more, but figured this isn't the time to really kill myself, rather just get a baseline and go from there.  Finished with another 2450 and then drills.  Today, no pain!  (Cumulus gold 64.4)

Good job on those 2000's. That's some solid times.

Are we still doing Zion on Saturday? Steven said something about it online the other night but I decided to check his references. What do you think can I trust the guy?

Saw you out running with Austin I think. Where you wearing sunglasses? Do you even own sunglasses?

Clyde, I just asked Logan what the plan is for Sat.

James, I have discovered the joy of sunglasses. I really was against them. But now that I have some, it is amazing how nice it is to be able to see without squinting and such.
