AM - 4 on treadmill @ 1%. Easy 4 this morning. 1 mile warmup and then 3 at 6:58. Nothing too great. It is hard to get back on the treadmill when I have been enjoying so many beautiful runs lately. (Precision 11.15)

afternoon - 12.35 River Trail down to Dixie Center.  Felt slow and tired today because I hadn't eaten or drank anything.  Realized I would be in major trouble on the way back if I didn't drink a little, so I went the extra bit to the DC trailhead and got a good drink and headed back.  Run back was good - hitting 6:45's without any extra effort, but then I started to feel it.  The last two miles were poor.  I am attributing it to the lack of nourishment for the day.  That's okay though, because some things are bigger than running.  (Cumulus silver 175.05)

What's the temperature like in the mornings in Dogtown. Nice run on the Treadmill. I really find it harder running on the treadmill, and I sweat so much greater too. Good luck in your training, actually you don't need luck your at a high skilled level.

Kory, right now life (and the temps.) couldn't be more perfect. Usually around mid 50's throughout this week. Then by the afternoon it is a balmy mid 70's - 80. Perfect!

Speaking of weather - don't freeze up there this winter.

Did you get my comment on your Saturday post? Just checking! Let me know when you have some info.

Mik'L - I've got one in the works. But it is going to have a few changes. Remind me if I haven't gotten it to you in a few days. I'm not sure who will be going to Hurricane anyway if it is still the same. So make your Moab plans and don't worry about missing it.

Chrissy... How dumb can you get?
