PM - 5 Washington Loop. A little worried as stomach was still making waves, but I decided to get out and give it a try. Felt pretty good leg and breathing-wise, and stomach even stayed under control until I pushed for 2 3 minute sections. Tried to start getting some high carbs in after run, but the carb drink I got was horrid and about impossible to keep down, and I really didn't feel like eating - so I didn't nearly get as much as I needed. Got a good night sleep and feeling a little better today (Thurs.). (Landreth 434.7) |
