Dave- Q for a few of you in SG. I have a friend flying to SG this weekend, planning to do a few hikes in Zion then R2R2R at the Grand Canyon next week. However, all the National Parks are closed. Do you have any recommendations for fun, scenic, good hikes in your general area they could do instead?

Jon, sorry I didn't get back to you. There are so many around - a lot of good hikes in the State Parks (like Snow Canyon). Going up Pine Valley (many different trails) is always very cool. Up on Cedar Mountain there is Cedar Breaks (which is just like a mini Bryce Canyon) which is a state park and has nice hiking and there is the Virgin Rim Trail up on top of Cedar Mountain as well that runs about 30 miles and would be amazing at this time of year.

Thanks, Dave. I passed on this info to my friends.
